Nowdays this dish is very popular in Korea and can even be said in Asia. Starting with a new street food innovation in Korea, now it has become a new trend in Asia because of the frequent appearance of this dish in Korean dramas. Korean wave has reached almost all countries in Asia and even the world through its culinary, music, film, drama series, fashion and other aspects of culture and art. No wonder the garlic cheese bread has immediately become a trend and Instagram feeds are full of homemade versions of the dishes.

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs Milk Bread (I bought it at the bakery, if there are many enthusiasts, next time I will share the recipe for making Korean milk bread)
  • 200 gr Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 30 gr Sugar (I skipped it)
  • 50 gr Whipping Cream
  • 130 gr Unsalted butter (I used salted butter)
  • 50 gr Garlic (chopped)
  • 30 gr Condensed milk
  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 20 gr Honey (I skipped it)
  • 3 gr Dried Parsley

Instructions
 

Instructions:

  • For the creame cheese mixture, mix chream cheese and sugar. Use a spatula to mix it until got smooth and the sugar dissolved. Add the whipping cream, then whisk it. Put the mixture into pipping bag. Set aside
  • Melt the butter then add the garlic, condensed milk, egg, honey and parsley. Whisk until the mixture is combined and thick. Set aside
  • Cut the bread into 6 parts and fill with cream cheese mixture between the halves of bread. Then dipp the bread into garlic butter mixture, make sure the entire surface of the bread is covered with garlic butter mixture. Bake at 160℃ for 10 minutes.
    Enjoy while watching Netflix or with tea or coffee is enough.
