This cuisine is a type of home cooking. Very rarely found in restaurants. The way to make it is very easy and fast. The main ingredient of this dish is chayote which is very easy to find in Indonesia and is cheap. As for Germany, chayote can be found in Asian stores. This cuisine is perfect for those of you who want to eat vegetables but are bored with salad or with european cooking style. Although this time the recipe uses shrimp paste, but for those of you who are vegetarians, you can skip the shrimp paste. The taste is certainly a little different, but it will not change the overall delicacy of this cuisine.
